Our journey began in 2016 as People Solutions, with a vision to support veterans and create job opportunities. Since then, that vision evolved into what is now Optimal Business Solutions, a leading business management consulting agency specializing in customer experience workflow automations.

When the pandemic struck, Optimal Business Solutions Founder and Woman Veteran, Lindsay Kinslow, recognized that many businesses lacked the strategies, tools, and systems needed to thrive in the fast-paced online marketplace. With this realization, Optimal Business Solutions officially launched in 2021 to assist business owners with the transition from offline to online business models.
